Ludgard-Piotr-son of Ludgard-Bernard-Jan son of Jan Nepomucen Grocholski with mother Maria née Rogozińska, born 5.12.1884, baptized 4.05.1885 (however, only the first name of the father is given in the certificate), kinship confirmed by his uncle, Count Michał-Roman-Władysław son of Jan Nepomucen Grocholski. The nobility of this family was confirmed by the Temporary Office of the Senate Heraldry decree 30.11.1841 (no. 14854), then recorded in part 6 of the noble genealogical book of Podolia province, the count title confirmed by the State Council Opinion (based on the decision of the Heraldry Department 22.05.1879) confirmed by His Majesty 26.05.1881, Senate Heraldry decree 14.07.1881 (no. 5065), and by Senate decree 20.04.1890 (no. 1850) confirmed with the count title and transferred from part 6 to part 5 of the noble book of the same province.
