Michał Adam Grocholski of the Syrokomla coat of arms, pseudonyms “Adam”, “Bishop” (born December 24, 1929, in Falenty near Warsaw) – count, Polish consular official.

Son of Col. Adam Remigiusz Grocholski and Barbara from the Światopełk-Czetwertyński family. He received home education. During the occupation, he was a scout in the 16th Warsaw Scout Troop, in the Warsaw Uprising a soldier with the rank of rifleman of the Gray Ranks in the IV District “Grzymały” (Ochota) of the Warsaw District of the Home Army, then in the “Kampinos” Group. From 1953 to 1983, he was under the interest of the Security Service.

After the political changes, he served as the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago (1992–1996).
