from Korzkiew, heir of Korzkiew, Biały Kościół, Syrokomla etc. and probably Grocholice “Zaklika de Lorzegua 25.IX.1404-20.VI.1405. Capitaneus Sandencensis”. Led the Syrokomla banner in 1410 at Grunwald – †15.IV.1420. Married to Anna (in legal records 1398, Sułka), daughter of Marek Turski from Chorążyce, coat of arms Gryf. Jasiek Zaklika, leader of the Syrokomla banner at Grunwald, had a brother Mikołaj Zaklika, possibly older than him, as he appears in records mostly as Zaklika, holding the chancellorship from 1385-1408. He appears in a whole series of documents published in the publications of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences as well as in the Lesser Poland Diplomatic Codex, the Codex of the Krakow Cathedral, Codex Epistolaris Gaeculidecimi Quinti etc. It was undoubtedly a court chancellorship (cancelaruis aulae regiae), although in one of the documents from 1392 he is called “supremus cancellarius regni Poloniae”, thus the Great Crown Chancellor.
The second wife of Jasiek Zaklika, the starost of Sącz, was Helena, presumably from the Ligęza family. Offspring, it seems, he had from the first marriage with Anna (Sułka) Turska, coat of arms Gryf, from the Świebodzic family, very noble and ancient, probably from Miechów, because the Turskis resided there and there lie Chorążyce, near Miechów, so famous for the Bożogrobcy foundation, established by their direct sword-wielding ancestor, Jaxa Gryf from Miechów.
